At the beginning of 2015, South West Electrical Solutions Ltd carried out market research into the frustrations & concerns that people had when dealing with trades people. Following the results of this research we set out our operational charter. The charter is how we as a company will operate when dealing with all our of clients.

In a market place that is notorious for poor communications, we believe that everyone should have their questions answered within 24 hours to allow you to make an informed decision​

  • Arrive at a time & date to suit you

When you book an appointment with us, we believe you should be able to plan your plan. So you can choose an hour slot at a time and date that suits you, allowing you to plan your day without having to wait around hoping someone will arrive​

  • Quotes returned within a week

Having work undertaken can be a stressful experience, so we return our quotations within one week of receiving all of the required information. This enables you to save time, plan your budgets & program work more efficiently, which is cost effective.​

  • Detailed quotations

Our quotations are fully detailed and written in plain English, which allows you to understand what has and has not been included, allowing you to plan and budget for your project with no delays.​

  • Respect your property
